The new Cool Cucumber ice cream shop is expected to open on May 1st, with new owners, in a new location but with the same treats!
That’s Catherine Culbert, who now owns the business with her husband Norman, after a chance encounter with the former owner, Bonnie Thuss-Bahro.
So where will the new Cool Cucumber be?
Catherine and Norman, who live in Watford, hired the staff back and say they’re eager to welcome the community to their new location, which will have seating inside and out on a patio.
Again, as long as all goes to plan, the new Cool Cucumber is set to open May 1st.
