Drivers in Strathroy-Caradoc are being advised about an upcoming road closure connected to the Beech Street Reconstruction project.
The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc says McKellar Street will be closed to regular traffic between Duke Street and Scott Street West from May 21st at 7 a.m. until May 28th at 5 p.m.
During the closure, the road will be open for emergency access only.
A detour route will direct drivers along Metcalfe Street West, Adelaide Street, and Scott Street West before reconnecting with McKellar Street.
Municipal officials are asking motorists to plan ahead, expect delays, and use caution around construction crews and equipment in the area.
