On June 22nd, Montreal police officer Mohamed Lamine Benredouane was shot and killed while responding to an active shooter call at a hotel northwest of downtown Montreal. An innocent bystander was also killed.
On June 11th, Toronto Police Service Constable Marc Pinizzoto was shot and killed while carrying out a search at an apartment building.
And on June 9th, OPP Constable Tarun Bali was killed while attempting to stop a vehicle near Hearst, Ontario.
