More approvals were given at Strathroy-Caradoc council last week on improvements to 137 Frank Street, the old Seniors Centre. The latest steps taken will improve the community space of the building in the rooms that used to be the library room and pool room.
A motion was also brought forward by Deputy Mayor Mike McGuire to update the exterior of the building.
Ward 2 councillor Brian Derbyshire continues to push back on the way this building is being renovated.
Once renovations are complete, all customer service functions currently located at town hall will be relocated to 137 Frank Street…and it is expected to have flexible meeting and community-oriented areas.
