Taking a look at what’s open and what’s closed on Monday for the Civic Holiday.
Government offices, banks, and municipal services are closed and there will be no mail delivery.
Garbage collection is normal in Strathroy-Caradoc.
A lot of stores are open on Monday.
Superstore in Strathroy is open 8-8, and Food Basics is open 8-6, but the LCBO and Beer Store in Strathroy are closed.
As far as fireworks go, the Civic Holiday is NOT included in Strathroy-Caradoc’s fireworks bylaw.
Fireworks can only be set off in our area on Victoria Day and Canada Day.
