Don’t forget, changes are coming soon to Middlesex County Connect. Starting August 17th, all four routes will have updated schedules and some changes to stop locations. The changes are designed to make the service easier and more useful for riders, with more service hours being added across the system.
Route 1 between Lucan and London will have new stops and some afternoon schedule changes. Route 2 between Woodstock and London will see some stop changes in Dorchester and London.
Route 3 between Dorchester, London, St. Thomas and Southwold will add stops at places including Victoria Hospital and the St. Thomas Fanshawe College campus. Saturday and weekday schedules will also be the same. There will still be no Sunday service.
Route 4 between London and Sarnia will have new and relocated stops. Weekend service will increase from two round trips to three, matching the weekday schedule. Route 4 will also be added to the Blaise app, and riders will be able to pay with debit or credit on board.
The $5 one-way fare will remain for Routes 1, 2 and 3. Route 4 will have updated fares based on the new stop locations, with the Sarnia-to-London fare staying at $20.
Riders are encouraged to check the updated schedules, maps and stop information before August 17th.
