The province is opening 35 new and expanded schools this September, saying its delivering on its $30 billion plan to build more schools and child care where families need them most.
Strathroy-Caradoc won’t see any of the new investment at this time.
Closest to us, a 92-student-space addition and 18 licensed child care spaces have been added at St. John Fisher Catholic Elementary School in Forest and there’s a 225-student-space addition to Parkview Public Elementary School in Komoka.
Some London schools also benefitted from the funds.
