You’ve likely noticed Legions in the area are branching out more into their communities.
There’s something going on most days at the Legions and in many cases, outside of them as well.
myFM had a recent chat with Len Vanderheiden with the Strathroy Legion who told us why they’re doing this.

Vanderheiden has created a new logo and mantra for the Legion….More Than Bricks and Mortar.
Some of the newer events include veterans rucking, kayaking and the rally point fitness program, in partnership with the Casual Athlete, along with bingos and meat draws, horseshoes and wing nights.
