Master Warrant Officer Cowan Costello, Chief Warrant Officer Dillon Ovens and Master Warrant Officer Oscar Talach with #11 Army Cadets recently completed the prestigious national course to get their jumpwings and myFM had the chance to interview two of them recently.
The three were among only 40 army cadets from across Canada who qualified for the course, as we hear from Chief Warrant Officer Ovens, who’s from Ailsa Craig.
Master Warrant Officer Costello, from Nairn, tells us about his first jump.
Ovens tells us about his first jump.
The cadets completed the course, which involves 5 jumps including one in total darkness, earlier this summer at CFB Trenton.
