Stats from the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors, which include Strathroy-Caradoc, showed 561 homes changed hands last month, up 5.3 percent compared to a year earlier and up from the previous month.
“The marketplace continued to show signs of a buyers’ market,” LSTAR Chair Robin Tiller said. “With interest rates holding steady and 5.9 months of inventory, it may be an opportune time for those looking to enter the market.”
The average price of a home in Strathroy-Caradoc was almost 670-thousand dollars.

The Greater Vancouver area continues to be the most expensive place in Canada to buy a home with the average price coming in at $1,075,900.
