OPP OUT IN FULL FORCE FOR SEATBELT CAMPAIGN

The OPP is currently running their fall seatbelt campaign which runs until October 7th. OPP Constable Kevin Martin says the campaign is a way to raise awareness and educate drivers but adds seatbelts should always be worn in order to protect yourself from serious injury or death.

The 2nd Annual Haunted Barn Fundraiser is set for this Saturday. Last year, horror fans braved the bad weather to help raise funds for service dogs for First Responders with PTSD and their hoping even more people will show up for a good scare this years.

WRRC TO GET RENOVATED KITCHEN THANKS TO UNITED WAY

The Women?s Rural Resource Centre will be getting a renovated and updated kitchen thanks to a project put on by the London Middlesex United Way. The big announcement was made during the annual London Middlesex United Way campaign kickoff Tuesday morning at Caradoc Sands.

The Mt. Brydges library received a generous donation Tuesday night from the Junior Farmers for $500. CEO and County Librarian for Middlesex County Library, Lindsay Brock says that the library appreciates any donation especially one that is going towards enhancing the library.
